What it does

The Let America Vote Act would require states to permit unaffiliated voters to participate in federal primary elections, and provide funding incentives for states to open their state and local primaries.

How members will be scored

Recorded as supporting if they are a cosponsor of the Let America Vote Act, or have a documented public position in favor of opening federal primaries.
