Denouncing the Horrors of Socialism.

What this does

States that Congress denounces socialism in all its forms and opposes the implementation of socialist policies in the United States. The resolution recites a series of historical assertions in its preamble, attributing famine and mass killings to socialist regimes and naming figures including Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Castro, Pol Pot, and Maduro. As a concurrent resolution it expresses the position of Congress and carries no force of law and no funding.
