Overturning the Glen Canyon Motor Vehicle Rule

Official title: Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the National Park Service relating to "Glen Canyon National Recreation Area: Motor Vehicles".

What this does

This resolution overturns a National Park Service rule governing motor-vehicle use at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. Using the Congressional Review Act, Congress disapproves the Park Service rule titled "Glen Canyon National Recreation Area: Motor Vehicles," published at 90 Fed. Reg. 2621, and the rule has no force or effect. Under the Congressional Review Act, the Park Service may not issue a substantially similar rule without new authorization from Congress.
