Prioritizing Veterans’ Survivors Act

What this does

The bill relocates the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Survivors Assistance within the agency's organizational chart. It amends Section 321(a) of title 38 by striking the words placing the office "in the Department" and instead placing it "in the Office of the Secretary," tying the office that serves survivors and dependents of veterans directly to the Secretary's office.
