Amtrak Executive Bonus Disclosure Act

What this does

The bill requires Amtrak to publish executive pay in the annual report it already files. It amends Section 24315(a) of title 49 so that the report must be posted on Amtrak's website in addition to being submitted to Congress, and it rewrites the pay-disclosure paragraph to require the annual base pay and any bonus compensation for members of the executive leadership team, naming the chief executive officer, president, and officers, along with the criteria and metrics used to set any bonus.
