This bill renames two features at Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park in New Jersey after Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. It designates the Great Falls Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge as the Bill Pascrell, Jr. Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge. It designates Overlook Park as the Bill Pascrell, Jr. Overlook Park. Any existing legal reference to the old names is treated as a reference to the new names. The bill moves no money and transfers no land.
