The bill amends Section 330N of the Public Health Service Act, the grant program known as Expanding Capacity for Health Outcomes, or Project ECHO. It reauthorizes the program's appropriations for fiscal years 2027 through 2031, replacing the prior window of 2022 through 2026. It adds dementia care to the list of subjects the program's grants may address. It also broadens the entities eligible for grants to include a public or nonprofit private entity.
