What this does

Congress orders the sale of about 14 acres of national forest land to a private company. The Secretary of Agriculture must convey the parcel in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Wisconsin to Tony's Wabeno Redi-Mix, LLC, including mineral rights, if the company offers to buy it at appraised market value. The company must pay the market value plus all costs of the sale, including the survey, the appraisal, and any required environmental analysis. The conveyance is made by quitclaim deed, subject to valid existing rights.
