What this does

Congress moves to repeal a District of Columbia policing law. The bill strikes the Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022, which the DC Council enacted. It revives any prior law that the DC Act had amended or repealed, as if that Act had never passed.
