What this does

The bill makes a narrow change to a reporting requirement in the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023. That law already required a report on the transition of jurisdictions that are no longer eligible for Urban Area Security Initiative funding. This bill inserts the phrase "and every three years thereafter" into that deadline. The effect is to turn a one time report into a recurring one, filed every three years.
