This concurrent resolution authorizes the rotunda of the Capitol to be used on July 28, 2026 for a ceremony to honor the late Senator Lindsey O. Graham. It directs that physical preparations for the event be carried out under whatever conditions the Architect of the Capitol prescribes. The measure grants that one-time use of the space and does nothing else.
