Save the essay as a PDF.

The essay is typeset for Letter paper, with a cover sheet, a table of contents, and page numbers throughout.

To save it as a PDF, open the print view and choose Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog.

Use a Chromium browser and turn on Background graphics so the cover page prints.
