Each one polls at 65 percent or higher nationally, usually with majorities in both parties, and each has federal legislation written to enact it. None has become law.

    Overturn Citizens United

    A constitutional amendment authorizing Congress and the states to limit the raising and spending of money in elections.

    Require Dark Money Disclosures

    Require any organization spending over $10,000 in an election to publicly identify donors above $10,000.
