What a yes vote endorsed

Southcentral Foundation Land Transfer Act of 2025

What this does

The bill directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to convey to the Southcentral Foundation, within two years of enactment, all federal right, title, and interest in about 3.372 acres of land in Anchorage, Alaska, for use in health and social service programs. The conveyance must be made by warranty deed, without requiring any payment from the Foundation, without imposing obligations or conditions on the property, and without leaving the United States any reversionary interest. The Foundation is not liable for environmental contamination on the property from before the conveyance, but the Secretary is not liable for contamination that occurs after the Foundation controls, occupies, and uses the property.
