FEC-disclosed receipts for the 2024 House election. “Small” means contributions from donors who gave $200 or less in total, which the FEC does not require to be itemized; the rest is itemized individual, PAC, party, and self-funding. This is the disclosed money only. Spending by outside groups that don’t reveal their donors, the dark money that set a record in 2024, never appears here.
Every percentage here is a share of all receipts, not of individual contributions only. So the small-donor share counts transfers, loans, and other money in its base, and so reads lower than figures that divide only by individual money.
